Onze clubnaam, waar komt die vandaan?
Deze club is ontstaan vanuit activiteiten van Grassroots Lacrosse.

- Locust (ander woord voor sprinkhaan)
- LoKust, als in 'lage kust' wat verwijst naar de provincie Zeeland
De teamsport Lacrosse promoten in de regio Zeeland, dat is waar we - samen met onze vrienden van Grassroots Lacrosse en Ogers Lacrosse uit Bergen op Zoom - ons hard voor maken. Een breder teamsportaanbod. We benadrukken de creativiteit van de sport.
English: We are the first Lacrosse Club in the province of Zeeland: LoKust Lacrosse. This club started as a spin-off of the activities of Grassroots Lacrosse.
Our club name refers to both Grassroots activities and to the 'low coastal area' of Zeeland (low coast = LoKust). We promote the sport of Lacrosse in the Zeeland area. Together with our friends of Grassroots Lacrosse and Ogers Lacrosse.
